Janelle North is the founder and CEO of Samira Coaching & Consulting, where she helps organizations unlock their potential through human-centered design, strategy creation, and soft skills mastery. With more than 20 years in the automotive industry, primarily Ford Motor Company products, Janelle led high-visibility projects in vehicle personalization, global technology strategy, and cross-functional innovation. She also co-founded and grew the Ford Mindfulness Club into a global community of nearly 3,000 members across 14 countries.
Passionate about blending business impact with human well-being, Janelle now partners with clients to design innovation spaces, facilitate engaging workshops, and build strategies that inspire action and trust.
